Algonquin Beaver Pond on the Opeongo.
Acrylic on Canvas, 32" * 28" framed in a black wood float frame.
I painted a study of this beaver lodge that I came across on the Opeongo river in Algonquin Provincial Park. The lodge was actually an old one and the study I did shows this. When I got home I decided to make a studio painting showing what it might look like if beavers were still using it.
