This is one of the side roads in Algonquin Park. I began this painting crammed into the passenger seat of my car, it was about -20 C outside and I had to get back in the drivers seat to get my car out of the way for other vehicles. The sun was about to go down and I didn't want to lose this precious moment with the last sunlight was touching the snowy trees
